Refund of Housing Deposits

Housing Deposits (less any fines or fees) are normally refunded in June. The check is issued to the individual who made the initial payment. Most importantly make sure that your mailing address is correct, and for address that are not confirmed refunds will not be issued.  If you never received your housing deposit refund please contact the Office of Student & Residence Life at 917- 493 4525, or visit Room 112.

Reimbursements for Student Workers

If you are a student worker and your supervisor has authorized a reimbursement to you for anything over $25 please review the "check request" schedule for the possible issue date. If you are expecting the reimbursement for anything less $25 please visit
Room 110.

Paychecks for Student Workers
