Official transcripts, carrying the School’s seal and an official signature, are issued only upon the written request of the student or former student. Transcripts are not issued while a student is in arrears or in default on student loans or if there are any outstanding fees or charges from any School office. There is a $10 charge for all official transcripts. All requests are subject to a 3 to 5 working day processing time, which may take longer for requests that are incomplete or illegible. Should currently enrolled students or alumni require a letter from the Office of the Registrar certifying enrollment or attendance for insurance, banking, and /or scholarship purposes, a request for this letter must be made in writing. All requests take approximately 3 to 5 working days. Incomplete or illegible requests may take longer. Rush processing is not available for certification letter requests.
