Commencement is one of the many events coordinated by the office of Student and Residence Life.  Commencement is an important ceremony that celebrates the enormous achievements of our graduates. This year the ceremony will take place on May 11, 2012. The graduation ceremony is followed by a reception in the School.

The ceremony will take place in the spectacular Riverside Church, to be followed by a reception at MSM in the Ades Performance Space.  The school will  bestow two  honorary doctorates this year. One to classical pianist Lang Lang and another to actor & arts supporter Alec Baldwin.   The ceremony will also feature musical performances by graduating students.
