The School’s photocopy services and mailroom are located
in Room 006. The department is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday. Supervising the activities of the department
are the Manager of Mail and Copy Services and the Mailroom and Copy
Room Assistant. Student workers are also employed in the mailroom.
Photocopy Services
Faculty and staff may place photocopy requests may be placed using
a Photocopy Request Form. Please allow 72 hours for completion
of your photocopy service. The department is able to accommodate
a limited number of urgent service requests. To request urgent service,
which will be completed within 24 hours, you must submit an Emergency
Photocopy Request Form. This form requires the approval of
the Director of Facilities or the Director of Administration &
Human Relations. This service is reserved for exceptional reasons
only.
The copy room is accessible to the Precollege Division on Saturdays
when the division is in session.
Mail Room
The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail once daily (Monday –
Friday) and picks up outgoing mail twice daily. Please bring outgoing
mail to the mailroom by 2:30 p.m. The mailroom receives, sorts,
and distributes mail and packages for faculty and staff related
to school business and education. Personal mail service is offered
at cost to the School community.
Staff in the mailroom can advise you regarding special delivery
services such as certified mail, registered mail, international
options, priority mail, and next- day (express) mail. For express
mail service, items must be in the mailroom before 2:00 p.m.
Staff and faculty members are assigned mailboxes, which are also
used to distribute interoffice mail.
Faxes relating to School business that are received on the School’s
main fax number will be placed in the recipient's interoffice mailbox.
Personal faxes are for emergencies only. The fax machine is available
for outgoing service.
General office supplies (e.g., paper, pens, envelope, folders,
etc.) may be picked up in the mailroom. Special orders that have
been approved by a departmental supervisor may be placed with the
Manager of Mail and Copy Services.
