Listed below are the audition procedures as well as the various audition requirements/repertoire for each degree level.
Graduate Audition Requirements
- A major work from the Baroque period, such as Bach's Passacaglia
and Fugue in C minor.
- A complete work from the Romantic period, such as any large
work by César Franck.
- A complete work from the contemporary period, such as Duruflé's
Toccata from Suite Op. 5.
Doctoral and Professional Studies Audition
Requirements
Prepare a full-length recital. Repertoire must include works from
at least four contrasting style periods, including the 20th century.
