Refund Policy
If it is necessary for a student to withdraw completely from the Precollege Division or from an individual course carrying an additional charge the Associate Director, Yvette Loynaz, must be notified in writing. The date on which written notification is received by the Associate Director will be considered the date of the student’s withdrawal. Students withdrawing from the Precollege Division after the first day of classes are still responsible to pay for fees and a portion of the tuition. Students on scholarship will receive a prorated amount of scholarship based on their withdrawal date.

The tuition due will be based on the following schedule. As well, students will receive a portion of their allocated scholarship based on the following schedule:

20% – weeks 1& 2
30% – week 3
40% – week 4
50% – week 5
60% – week 6
70% – week 7

No refunds will be made after the seventh week. The $500 required reservation deposit for students is nonrefundable.
