“A Blues from the Tomorrow,” Original song by Camerahn Alforque
View this post on Instagram ***Bandcamp link in bio*** Recorded yesterday for #intljazzday, I put together a blues using only the trumpet. I initially decided to create a #bluesthevirusaway challenge. I noticed that the project had skewed far from its original intent, but I decided to let the spirit take over. I present to you, a mantra to heal, ease the mind, give us all the ability and headspace to transcend, vibrate, thrive, and prosper. This is for peace. This is for love. This is for health. This is for positivity. This is for the laughter we share, the pain, the joy, the sorrow. A blues from me to you, a blues from the tomorrow. I hope you all enjoy. I challenge @marccarymusic @theocroker @ashlinparker @kamasiwashington @avhamilton__ @benwmsonbass @_.bohemia._ @marcusprintupofficial @curtisdtaylor @therealmarcusmiller @avhamilton__ @brentbirckhead @ryanpapaporter @jeanbaylor @wesleyblows @thebaylorproject @iggysoul @russellgunn @stefonharrismusic @terence_blanchard @therealalexhan @tdblows @dannyjanklow @iamjustinjones @jasonmarshalljazz @jasonhainsworthjazz @thejasonmoran @mauricebrownmusic @sjonesjazz @keyonharrold @mhillsounds to create a blues “disinfectant”. “Wandering through Fullerton,” Original Song by Nicholas Dimaria
View this post on Instagram My senior recital at Manhattan School of Music was supposed to be tonight, but because of the current situation, I’ll be home until NYC clears up. I’m looking forward to practicing, teaching lessons virtually, and planning future projects until I return to my favorite city in the world! Here is a clip of one of my originals, “Wandering through Fullerton.” Wishing everyone peace and health! #msmbridgingthedistance @msm.nyc A post shared by Nicholas DiMaria (@nicholasdimaria) on Mar 21, 2020 at 9:37pm PDT
