Co-directed by Matt Holman and Jim Saltzman, the MSM Jazz Orchestra celebrates notable South African composers, improvisors, and enduring masters of melody, syncopation, and effervescent harmony, including Hugh Masekela, Bheki Mseleku, Winston Mankunku Ngozi, and Moses Molelekwa, with student and alumni arrangements.

Featuring MSM’s Hugh Masekela Heritage Foundation Scholars, and Jazz Arts faculty member and acclaimed saxophonist Jaleel Shaw as guest soloist.
