Students living in Andersen Hall have multiple opportunities to develop their leadership skills, build community, and contribute to campus life through elected and selected student leadership roles.
Andersen Resident Council (ARC)
The Andersen Resident Council (ARC) is the elected student leadership body representing residents of Andersen Hall.
ARC Mission:The Andersen Resident Council exists to empower residents to use their voice, creativity, and leadership to enhance life in Andersen Hall through collaboration, advocacy, and community events. ARC works to improve the residential experience, foster belonging, and promote the well-being of all residents.
Elections for ARC are held at the beginning of the fall semester. All residents are encouraged to run for positions and help shape the residential experience.
In addition to elected leadership, Student Affairs offers a variety of student leadership roles within Residence Life and across campus.
