Triple: $75/night per person
Double: $95/night per person
Single: $115/night per person

Bedding and towels will be provided for each guest.

Bathrooms: Each floor has two wings, each with 2 communal bathrooms (2 shower stalls, 2 toilet
stalls, 2 sinks). Additionally, there is a single-use restroom in the center of the floor with a
shower, sink, and toilet.

Practice Rooms: Most floors have practice rooms. If your assigned floor doesn’t, we’ll inform you
of the nearest ones.

Gym & Laundry: Guests have access to both during their stay.

Can students under 18 stay in Andersen Hall

• Yes! But for every 10 underaged students, there must be one chaperone.

Can I make changes to the number of guests after the contract is signed?

• The contract includes a deadline for when the organization’s final roster is due. If there are extra spaces needed after that deadline, we will provide the organization with a separate invoice. Below are more details from our contract:

Fee.

• For its use of the Premises, the Organization shall pay to the College the estimate as stated in the Synopsis (and identified there as the “Total Estimated Bill”) (“Fee”). The Fee is subject to applicable sales and use tax. The fee shall be paid prior to the arrival date.
• In the event the actual number of Attendees or the number of sleeping rooms occupied is greater than stated in the Synopsis, the Fee payable by the Organization shall be adjusted upward based on the Rate/Night stated in the Synopsis. The College reserves the right to impose a change fee for upward adjustments made within 36 hours of the Arrival Date. In the event that the Organization reduces the stated number of Attendees within 14 days of the Arrival Date, the College reserves the right to charge the Organization $30.00 for each cancelled space. In addition to the Fee, the Organization shall make any necessary additional payments to College as provided in Section 5 below within 30 calendar days of departure date. No part of the Fee is refundable under any circumstances, including early departure and weekend absences of Attendees.
