Multi—Night Guest Registration Application

Residents are permitted to host one guest at a time for a maximum of 5 days, subject to approval by The Office of Residence Life. Residents must apply to host a guest at least 72 hours before the guest’s arrival and receive written approval.

Additionally, residents are not allowed to have an overnight guest within 72 hours following the departure of a previously approved multi-night guest. (effective 5.17.24)

To submit the Guest Registration Application, log onto https://msmnyc.erezlife.com/ and complete the “Guest Registration Application” listed under the “My Forms” section.

Day Guests and Single Night Guests

Residents do not need to pre-register their Day or Sigle Night Guests

Day Guests: can be signed in at the Andersen Hall Security Desk between 7am and 11pm. Day guest passes expire at 11pm.
Single Night Guests: may be signed in at any time during the day and their pass will expire at 12pm the following day.

Use this form to report any facilities issues you experience in Andersen Hall or Main Building; whether it’s in your room, bathroom, practice room or somewhere else!

Your message will be received by the Andersen Facilities team and attended to within 5 business days. Be sure to visit check your e-mail for updates and communication on your request.

Use this form to request to update the cell phone number contacted when you receive a package. Please note, these updates must be made manually, so it may take up to a week to change!

Storage with Dorm Room Movers

Move-out day will be here before you know it. If you are in need of storage, our official storage provider, Dorm Room Movers is a really great option!

Here is how it works: They send you boxes and tape. You pack – that’s it. Their movers will pick up your items, store them while you’re away, and deliver everything back to you when you return!

Dorm Room Movers can also ship boxes home or wherever you need them.
